Hello SPCA. There are people living on the property of the Riverview Church of Christ on the corner
of Main Road and Steenberg Road. They have 3 dogs. They tie the one dog up on a very short chain and it is crying all the time. This is not right. They also beat the dog night before last. They had an alsation before that they beat so badly that you, the SPCA, collected and had to put it down. I do no understand why after that incident they are allowed to keep dogs. Can you please send an inspector to go and see the dog that is being kept on the short chain and tell them not to do that and not to beat the dog. I have reported these people on 2 April as well as they had another brown dog that was also chained up that day. I left a message for an inspector to call me on 2 April and no one called. Please can I have a reference number for this and also feedback once someone has been to the dogs. Thank you Sandra Bartlett

Hello ..
The problem is that there were complaints about a dog in our yard making noises but it's not our dog it's my uncle's girlfriends dog she lives in kraaifontein apparently the fog had to go from where she lives so now she came here with the dog without asking my grandma or us so my grandma want the dog to go
