The cases of neglect, abuse in just this area (MV&PG/Panorama, are absolutely unbelievable! This is supposed to be an area with a higher class of people surely?? . Is there not a group in the community that will actively get involved in approaching the perpetrators. The community has the numbers to address all these cases. SPCA, AWS, AACL & Rescues cannot do it all. The community need to step up. How do we get this going? We've been approached with 4 separate cases in less than a week. 2 in Monte Vista Boulevard (89 & 74). A case in Della Fontaine (that has apparently been going on for 2 years) & this morning I was sent pictures from a woman on one of the groups (she had not provided the address). There are some really aggressive dogs in the area & the blame for this lies solely on the humans they are with! They should be sterilized, socialized, chipped, vaccinated & treated as part of the family.
